Haneda International Airport is one of the largest major airports in Japan and one of the two largest airports in the Tokyo metropolitan area and is the first choice for domestic flights, although it also handles a significant number of international flights.

LocatedĀ 14 kilometres south of Tokyo's city centre in Ota Ward, a new international terminal was opened in 2010, dedicated exclusively to international flights, with a shopping and dining area.

Haneda Airport: Layout & Terminals
Haneda Airport has three Terminals. Terminals 1 and 2, which are for domestic flights and some international flights, are connected by an underground walkway. Terminal 3 was opened in 2010 for international flights and a free shuttle bus is available to connect the three terminals.
